Negin Mahestan Kangan Petrochemical Company is located in approximately 20 Km southeast Kangan City in Tonbak Region, Boushher Province, between Cement Plant and phase 12 of Gas Field Development Plan of South pars Special Economic Zone, Kangan Petrochemical Complex. The project of Negin Mahestan Petrochemical Company includes supplying the necessary materials, and executing the civil development, site and access road buildings, construction of the foundation and concrete structures, industrial buildings consisting of three packaging building, extrusion, co-catalyst, and, electrical –electronic, and safety facilities related to it, subsurface piping system; and earthing system in both the heavy and linear light polyethylene production units.

Astara Grain Terminal Construction

Construction and civil operations and installations of the Astara Grain Terminal in April 2019, from Astara Ghaleh Azari Company to Parhoon Tarh Company.

Astara Grain Terminal is being constructed with capacity of 30,000 tons at the primary phase and 30,000 tons in the second expansion phase, located at the Astara Customs Grand Complex with investments from I.R.I. Railways and private foreign investment (Russian-Azerbaijani firm).

Construction of all administrative, storage, station, loading and unloading, firefighting, respective concrete reservoir, trans and laboratory buildings, installation of 470 units of 25 meter candles, concrete foundation for silos, landscaping and greenery and among the executive operations of the project.

Located in 15 km from Sar Abeleh city, construction of concrete silos of Ilam cement production line was managed by Parhoon Tarh Co. Due to the fact that progress of the project was limited because of various prevailing social conditions, thorough an agreement with the National Construction Company (Main Contractor), Parhoon Tarh Co. was appointed as construction management of 5 silos including clinker, raw material, and bypass silos. Fortunately civil works of all 5 silos have been managed in 7 months with great quality.
